In 2012, Enrico, Matteo, and Davide opened the doors to their organic wine production, Bresolin Bio. As a young and independent group of winegrowers, their creation of wines goes hand-in-hand with utter respect for the land and its biodiversity. Their vines are situated on the slopes of the Asolo hills in the north of Italy.

As a young and independent group of winegrowers, they do wines with absolute respect for the land and its biodiversity. The grapes are situated on the slopes of the Asolo hills in the north of Italy. Here olive trees, cherry trees, and vineyards are an integral part of the landscape.
It was also here that the three friends found their calling. Even though they’ve started their own wine business from scratch, all three have inherited the passion for winemaking from their grandparents. Already as young kids they learned the ropes, helped out during harvest, and inevitably understood that viticulture was their future.
