Bibich

Hugging the picturesque Croatian Dalmatian Coast, Bibic vineyards are nothing short of breathtaking. The plump grapes are right at home with the stone mansions and olive groves scattered around the rugged landscape. Although newer grape varieties have found homes in this lovely location, the winemakers here find themselves mostly holding on to more traditional ones.
The winemaking history of Bibich family dates back to the 15th Century. They have weathered the storms of political struggle, changes in governments, and wars with continued dedication to generational work. Under the direction of current generation owner, Alen, and next generation, his son Filip, they continue to work with nature in order to perfect wines.
Cultivating their both traditional varietals, as well as international ones that found home in this fertile soil, Bibichs produce wines of international acclaim. From the hand-picked grapes to little intervention, Bibich family demonstrates a deep love for craft and tradition while keeping the new, young wine lover excited.
